INTERESTED IN LEARNING TO SILK PAINT?

As an experienced teacher, I love sharing the basics of silk painting with people of all ages and in a variety of settings. I provides all supplies for offered classes in different settings for small and large groups. Classes can be personalized to fit the group required and projects can vary from small (a silk sun catcher for your window), medium (scarves and framed art), to large (community silk art mural).

I regularly offer silk painting workshops at the ARTgarage in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Visit the ARTgarage website to see a current schedule of silk classes. (Click on the ARTgarage to take you to their web-site)

Artist-in-residence opportunities are a wonderful way to help enrich the total school community in a personal silk painting experience, as well as creating a community art piece for lasting display at the school. This type of project is often one or two weeks in duration and is coordinated with the art teacher to open up the creative outlet of silk painting at the school.

If you are interested in an opportunity like this, please have a PTO member contact me and see how this experience can work to enrich the creative experience for the students and the staff.

Other venues that work well for classes: Botanical Gardens, Church fellowship halls, schools, office buildings with conference rooms and even a spacious garage! I can make the silk project fit the space available for you and your group.
